Job summary

Braven is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Leadership Coach to remotely support the Accelerator Learning Labs for Fellows in one of Braven’s operating states. The role involves leading two-hour virtual classes, coordinating with Braven staff, and joining trainings to become proficient in Braven’s curriculum.

The position is 6 hours per week, evenings and weekends, with immediate start through December 18, 2026, on a seasonal basis and the potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs.
• Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently.
• Attend LC trainings (~6 total training hours) to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate Learning Labs and work with Fellows effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
