Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated PM experience on large eLearning projects.
• Experience designing digital learning content.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360.
• Active Articulate 360 license (contractor provides own).
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance PM duties and design work on a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale eLearning development projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Build and maintain project schedules, milestone calendars, and deliverable trackers.
• Coordinate designers, developers, SMEs, and client stakeholders across concurrent workstreams.
• Run review cycles, consolidate feedback, and keep revisions moving on schedule.
• Report status, flag risks early, and manage escalation paths with the engagement lead.
