Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to support the People function with administrative and operational tasks. The role handles employee records, benefits, leave activities, compliance documentation, and projects, while partnering with HR Business Partners to coordinate follow-up and onboarding.

The position is fully remote in applicable states and requires 2 years of HR experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers' compensation
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms
• Healthcare industry work experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function
• Provides administrative support for shared HR inboxes
• Supports HR Business partners and other People team members with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up
• Provides administrative coordination support for People programs, initiatives, and special projects under the direction of HR leadership
• Provides back-up coverage with onboarding new hires
• Provides administrative support to Benefits Administrator for benefits, leaves, and workers' compensation activities
• Partners with HR Business Partners to review employee files for completeness and compliance
• Supports center HR records audits related to regulatory visits
• Follows up with information requests from government/l licensing entities and validation of hours
