Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the People function. The role involves handling employee records, benefits and leave activities, compliance documentation, and coordinating People team projects.

The position is fully remote and available in certain states, with a focus on accurate records, timely responses, and collaboration with HR Partners in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers' compensation preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms is desirable.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Provides administrative support for shared HR inboxes and HR processes.
• Supports HR Business Partners and other People team members with documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Assists with onboarding new hires and program/project coordination under HR leadership.
• Supports benefits, leaves and workers' compensation activities and related compliance.
