Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to deliver administrative and operational support across the People function, including employee records, benefits and leave activities, compliance, and projects.

This fully remote role requires strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting, with collaboration across HR partners and teams to ensure timely, accurate tasks and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms desired.
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers compensation.
• Work experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• The policy requires vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Supports HR inboxes and documentation tracking.
• Coordinates with HR Business Partners and People team on requests and projects.
• Provides onboarding backup coverage and ensures records accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assists with regulatory audits and compliance tasks as needed.
