Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management or grant administration experience.
• Experience with grant-funded multi-stakeholder initiatives preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-year grant-funded initiative from charter through closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and performance measures.
• Serve as liaison to executive leadership, sponsors, and external partners.
• Monitor budgets and resources to ensure grant compliance and objectives.
• Present status updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
