Imagine! seeks a Grants Manager to lead the full funding lifecycle, from prospect research to grant reporting, to support its mission for opportunities for all abilities.

The role collaborates with CEO, CFO, and CSO to ensure compliant grant budgets, timely proposals, and strong outcomes, while serving as primary contact with grantors. Occasional travel to Boulder/Broomfield areas is required, with some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public health, non-profit management, English or related field required
• 3+ years of successful grant writing and/or government RFP response experience required
• Knowledge of grant sources and ability to maximize results through grant writing software

Responsibilities

• Research funding prospects and identify appropriate grants
• Draft and submit competitive grant proposals and reports
• Collaborate with leadership to align opportunities with organizational needs
• Prepare and manage grant budgets and track expenses
• Maintain grant calendar and reports on grant status and revenue
• Serve as primary contact with grantors
• Travel to various locations as needed ( Boulder/Broomfield counties )
• Meet deadlines and ensure compliance with award terms
