Celeste is seeking a Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to own the end-to-end accounting for three related entities. You’ll handle AP/AR, monthly close, intercompany reconciliations, and cash reporting, while keeping leadership updated on cash posture.

This role is remote from the Philippines and part-time, overlapping US hours. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of US-based SMB bookkeeping, strong QuickBooks Online Advanced experience, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive bookkeeping or financial ops experience.
• US-based SMBs or trade/contracting familiarity preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity ownership structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle bookkeeping across three entities, from AP to AR and monthly close.
• Maintain intercompany transactions and separate entity books.
• Prepare weekly cash dashboards and monthly close packages.
• Reconcile bank/credit card statements weekly; optimize COA for spend allocation.
• Draft client invoices, monitor AR aging, and follow up on balances.
