Job summary

Certum Legal Solutions is a remote-friendly MSO supporting mass-tort and personal injury firms. We seek a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support multiple entities, performing bank reconciliations, AP processing, expense reviews, and journal entries.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and Word, with QuickBooks experience and Sage as a plus. The role includes medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with QuickBooks required.
• Experience with Sage preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts and entities.
• Process accounts payable transactions.
• Review and process travel and entertainment expense reports.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Collect, organize, and distribute company mail.
• Other tasks as assigned.
