Tenfold is seeking a Development Database Specialist for a part-time, primarily remote role. You will enter gifts, maintain donor records, process updates, and support donor stewardship with accurate, confidential data.

Proficiency in Excel and a fundraising CRM (DonorPerfect preferred) is essential to creating reports and targeted communications. The successful candidate will work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain timely, professional communications with the Development team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.
• Experience with databases, CRM systems, donor databases, or similar record-keeping systems preferred.
• Experience with DonorPerfect or another fundraising CRM strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other standard office software.
• Ability to create and manage reports, mailing lists, mail merges, and other data-driven communications.
