Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote role, though candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Carrollton, TX location. The shift is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm EST.

The CSR handles incoming and outgoing orders, provides courteous support, and documents activity in the DDF system. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and a high-speed internet connection for remote work.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer knowledge and basic software skills.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication.
• Solid problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Typing 35–40 words per minute; adaptable to change.
• Medical terminology experience preferred but not required.
• A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have high speed internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders by telephone promptly and courteously.
• Handle 110 customer interactions per eight hours after 4 months.
• Provide accurate responses and resolve routine problems; escalate when needed.
• Document activity in the DDF system and log calls.
• Cross-train in other call center tasks and perform as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to the work schedule.
