The CSR will process orders per company standards, cross-train in related tasks, and maintain a positive customer experience while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills including verbal, written and listening.
• Ability to type 35–40 words per minute.
• Proficient with computer basics and data entry.
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders by telephone.
• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers.
• Cross-train in other department positions as needed.
• Document activity to the DDF system.
• Adhere to the work schedule and shift times.
