Ibotta is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role is fully remote for residents in Colorado, with a schedule of up to 25 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday 2pm–7pm MST, and a potential weekend day if needed.

Compensation is $19.50 per hour. You will work cross-functionally with teams to align on best practices for campaign setup and performance while supporting operational

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Willingness to learn multiple technical systems thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application.
• Gather cross-department feedback to align on best practices and procedures.
• Anticipate issues and propose alternative setup methods.
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and educate impacted teams.
• Identify and help fix technical problems with Engineering and Product teams.
• Work with Analytics to target content to different consumer segments.
• Identify error trends and help implement cost-saving procedures.
