Job summary

CareerXL is seeking a Business Operations Intern for a remote, part-time role (20 hours/week). You will support coaching operations, ensure coaches are backed, and close feedback loops while driving cross-functional process improvements across marketing, HR, and growth.

You'll work directly with decision-makers on real problems, gaining ownership and delivering practical solutions in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written communication and ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Able to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines.
• Awareness of AI tools to build efficiencies in processes.
• Interest in recruiting and career development space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly operating cadence across the team and track commitments.
• Enforce deadlines across coaching, admissions and internal projects; ensure quick feedback.
• Create a weekly scorecard and surface key metrics in leadership meetings.
• Monitor student progress against stage gates and recruiting deadlines; flag at-risk students.
