Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a remote Business Development Manager, Parking Safety, to drive growth with distributors and key customers. The role emphasizes outbound campaigns, qualifying leads, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to close deals.

Occasional travel to meet clients and partners is required. You will report to the VP of Sales and be part of the Motion Safety sales team, leveraging CRM tools to maximize outreach and results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Willing to travel 50-60%.
• Experience selling parking products.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer opportunities and pursue inbound/outbound leads.
• Drive outbound sales campaigns to targeted customers and optimize their impact.
• Create custom quotes and identify appropriate distributors to collaborate with an opportunity.
• Acquire and manage opportunities through inbound/outbound activities and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and service teams to win new business.
