Job summary

Justrite, a leader in safety solutions, seeks a Business Development Manager for Restaurant/Food Service, Hospitality, and Grocery/Retail markets. This remote role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth across food service and related sectors.

Qualifications

• BS in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in food service, hospitality and grocery/retail markets with decision-makers.
• Negotiating and planning experience.
• Problem identification & resolution.
• Clear, concise communication skills.
• Experience in a team environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop expansion plans for restaurant/food service, hospitality and grocery/retail markets; identify new accounts.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective customers from market knowledge, inquiries, and trade shows.
• Analyze markets to expand customer base and work with Marketing and Sales on opportunities to increase market share.
• Create and manage KPIs and present monthly KPI reviews with VP Sales.
• Develop training materials and present/train as needed.
