Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive outbound and inbound sales, generate qualified opportunities, and accelerate revenue in the Motion Safety segment. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and distributors to execute campaigns and advance opportunities.

You’ll own vertical growth plans for targeted markets like Parking Safety and Medium Duty Mats, building account lists and playbooks.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make high volumes of outbound calls and emails daily.

• Drive outbound/inbound sales to generate qualified opportunities.
• Support distributor growth and accelerate revenue in Motion Safety.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Execute campaigns and campaign training with distributors.
• Own vertical strategy for Parking Safety, Medium Duty Mats, and more.
• Use Salesforce/HubSpot/CRM tools to manage pipeline and opportunities.
