Job summary

Advantmed is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Consultant to optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, with emphasis on Sales Cloud and Pardot. You will bridge business needs with technology, engaging US stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, strong reporting skills, and a consulting mindset to drive platform improvements while maintaining governance and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Experience creating Flows, automation, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Strong reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage stakeholder conversations and requirement discussions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with international teams, preferably US stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot environments.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
• Monitor system health, performance, data quality, and platform usage.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing platform support.
• Partner with US stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives.
• Conduct discovery sessions and gather functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Flows and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure approval processes, assignment rules, and business workflows.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business users and leadership.
• Provide user training, guidance, and platform adoption support.
• Maintain governance and best practices, and support release management.
