• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record (STEM preferred).
• 3–5 years of PERM experience.
• Superb attention to detail.

• Willingness to adapt to and embrace updates in office technology.
• Proficiency with office software.

Responsibilities

• Building on and applying a deep understanding of the PERM, I-140, and AOS processes, including drafting job descriptions and employment verification letters, submitting forms to the Department of Labor, and coordinating with third‑party providers.
• Drafting and organizing forms and documents as directed by the Team Manager.
• Communicating with clients regarding visa instructions and notices alongside attorneys and senior team members.
• Assisting teams in requesting and organizing documents for new processes.
• Processing and organizing government correspondence and notices.
• Entering data accurately into internal data management platforms.
• Working on other projects as directed by the Team Manager or attorney.
