Ogletree Deakins, a leading US law firm with a large business immigration practice, seeks an Immigration Paralegal to support high-volume PERM work under attorney supervision.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience, excellent writing, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple attorneys and offices. Remote work is possible, but candidates must reside where the firm has an office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• 2+ years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience, complete-cycle PERM preferred.
• Strong writing, attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work independently to support multiple attorneys.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and case-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Under attorney supervision, prepares and files high-volume PERM applications.
• Compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains client documentation.
• Communicates directly with multiple attorneys to support case strategy and filings.
