Ogletree Deakins has an opening for an experienced PERM Paralegal in our Business Immigration practice. Under attorney supervision, you will prepare and file high-volume PERM applications, compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain client documentation.

The firm offers a collegial, growth-oriented environment with advanced technology and ongoing training. Remote work is possible, but candidates must reside in a state with a firm office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program.
• 2+ years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience, PERM.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
