Manifest Law is an AI-native immigration firm seeking a paralegal to support high-volume PERM and H-1B workflows for corporate clients. You will work closely with immigration attorneys, manage document collection, and draft USCIS filings.

This remote-first role offers ownership over caseloads, direct client interaction, and growth within a fast-moving practice. Candidates should have 3+ years in U.S. corporate immigration and strong deadline management.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration
• Experience handling full-cycle PERM and H-1B matters is preferred
• Excellent drafting and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Manifest's immigration attorneys to execute high-volume, high-quality work for corporate clients — leading primarily PERM and H-1B case preparation from intake through filing, with exposure to L-1s, E, TN, and EB-1A/O-1/EB-2 NIW as needed.
• Guide clients through document collection and evidence gathering, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and USCIS/DOL compliance.
• Prepare USCIS forms and drafts of persuasive, well-organized case materials tailored to petition type.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for HR partners and foreign-national employees with clear updates, expectations, and process explanations.
• Track deadlines and manage a substantial caseload with meticulous records.
• Anticipate supervising attorney needs and align on preferences to enable higher-level legal work.
