Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a distributed team in a remote-support environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents (briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, etc.).
• Investigate facts and public records to support case strategy.
• File documents with courts and administrative bodies, including e-filing.
• Maintain proactive follow-up on appeals, pleadings, and agency requests.
• Manage attorney and shared office calendars; provide deadline reminders and tracking.
• Communicate with courts, agencies, clients, and internal teams.
• Create and maintain organized virtual document files with proper indexing.
• Draft legal correspondence and handle administrative tasks.
