Job summary

WEX, Inc. is seeking a self-driven Commercial Paralegal to support the Americas' Corporate Payments line, handling commercial contracts and transactional matters with a focus on customer and revenue-generating agreements.

This role offers remote flexibility from multiple U.S. locations and opportunities to collaborate with Finance, Compliance and Risk while advancing CLM processes and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Paralegal degree or certification, or bachelor's in Finance or Business.
• 5+ years of paralegal or equivalent experience with commercial contracts.
• Experience with matter management and contract lifecycle systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise commercial contracts including NDAs and customer agreements.
• Review customer requested changes and obtain approvals.
• Assist attorneys with transaction documents and filings.
• Migrate legacy contracts to Malbek CLM.
• Manage contract workflow and records in the CLM system.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance and Risk.
• Support strategic projects as needed.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and judgment.
