Job summary

WEX, Inc. is seeking a self-driven Commercial Paralegal to support the Corporate Payments line in the Americas. This role handles negotiations, drafting and revision of customer and revenue contracts, and assists with transactional documents and filings.

Preferred candidates have a paralegal credential or related degree, 5+ years of experience, and familiarity with contract lifecycle tools like CLM systems. Remote work is allowed from several U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• Paralegal degree or certification, or finance/business degree.
• ABA-accredited paralegal certificate or JD considered.
• 5+ years in paralegal or equivalent with commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise NDAs, customer contracts and revenue agreements.
• Review change requests and revise documents for approvals.
• Assist lawyers with transaction docs and filings for CPAmericas.
• Help migrate legacy contracts to the Malbek CLM system.
• Manage contract lifecycle from intake to execution and post-signature tasks.
• Handle matter intake workflow in Xakia and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance and Risk; support strategic projects.
