Job summary

WEX is seeking a self-driven Commercial Paralegal to support the Commercial Legal team in the Americas. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating customer and revenue-generating agreements, and coordinating with attorneys across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in paralegal roles handling commercial contracts and transactions, with familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems. This position offers remote flexibility across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Paralegal degree or ABA certification or BA/BS in finance or business.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience with commercial contracts and transactional matters.
• Experience with legal tech (matter management and contract lifecycle systems) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise NDAs, customer contracts, and revenue agreements in compliance with policies.
• Review requested changes and route for feedback and approvals.
• Assist attorneys with preparation, review, and execution of transaction documents.
• Assist in migrating legacy contracts to the contract lifecycle system (Malbek).
• Drive contracts from intake to execution with version control and signatures.
• Manage matter workflow in Xakia and interface with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance and Risk; support strategic projects.
