Womenful Voice is seeking a Remote Event Coordinator to support the planning and hosting of online panel discussions. This role emphasizes presence, flow, and connection, working with the Marketing Director to ensure each session is prepared, welcoming, and professionally run.

You will guide conversations, engage panelists, and coordinate show topics and tone to reflect the organization’s mission of advocating for vulnerable girls and women.

Responsabilités

• Host and moderate virtual panel discussions, guiding conversations and maintaining a smooth flow
• Engage panelists before events with clear communication, reminders, and preparation details.
• Ask thoughtful questions and facilitate audience engagement during live sessions.
• Support panelists during the event to ensure they feel comfortable and confident on screen.
• Coordinate show logistics on StreamYard, including timing, transitions, and basic technical flow.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to align show topics, goals, and tone.
• Follow up with panelists after events to maintain relationships and encourage continued engagement.
• Help create a warm, professional environment that reflects Womenful Voice’s mission and values.
