Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE) is seeking a proactive Community Coordinator to partner with the Founders in managing its global community. Remote but US-based, the role covers operations, membership, and communications for nine chapters and multiple chapter leaders.

The position requires strong organization, superb communication, enthusiasm for sustainable investing, and experience with AI and digital productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Proactive mindset and independent work ability.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with WISE and sustainable investing is a plus.
• AI experience with productivity tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver consistent onboarding for new members in the WISE Member Portal.
• Onboard/offboard members and update member information as needed.
• Manage MemberSpace, Google Groups, Luma, Mailchimp, Stripe and other platforms.
• Collect and post member-shared jobs to the Jobs Board.
• Create and organize WISE shared files and folders.
• Use AI to automate tasks and improve operations; develop SOPs where relevant.
• Lead weekly meetings with Founders; support chapter leaders.
