Job summary

MDpanel seeks a Marketing & Events Coordinator to run its event program from planning to follow-up, handling 10–12 national and 35–40 regional events annually. You’ll own lead data in Salesforce, coordinate with Sales, and manage budgets, collateral, and social content.

Remote, home-office based role with travel 15–25% to conferences and events; strong organizational skills and CRM experience are essential to drive pipeline and ROI.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event, marketing, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with trade shows or conference logistics.
• Ability to manage 5–10 concurrent events with deadlines.
• Strong attention to data quality in lead databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of social copy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run events on a standard timeline with registrations and logistics.
• Collaborate with sales to define audience, budget, staffing, and goals.
• Coordinate organizers, venues, vendors, and sponsorships within budget.
• Lead capture setup and CRM import with campaign attribution.
• Track event spend and report on leads, meetings, and ROI.
• Drive pre/post event promotion and content for channels.
