Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Events Coordinator to manage virtual and hybrid events. You will oversee all phases from concept to post-event analysis, coordinating with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to deliver engaging experiences.

The role requires strong planning, communication, and logistical skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment and deliver high-impact events for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event planning and coordination, focusing on virtual or hybrid events.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and hybrid events from start to finish.
• Source and manage event vendors including tech providers, speakers, and facilitators.
• Develop event budgets and manage expenses.
• Create event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement event marketing and promotion strategies.
• Manage event registration, attendee communication, and support.
• Coordinate technical aspects of virtual events for smooth delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment and success.
