Qualificações

• 2+ years in a performance-driven digital marketing agency, with a focus on B2B social media advertising (LinkedIn experience is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, including conversation ads, document ads, and CTV.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising principles, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Proven success working with mid-market or enterprise accounts, delivering measurable results and fostering long-term client relationships.
• A curious, competitive nature with a strong desire to solve problems and improve performance.
• Ability to articulate strategies clearly and tell compelling stories with data.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on prioritization and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a portfolio of LinkedIn accounts, ensuring high-quality performance and results.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.

• Ensure accurate lead routing and CRM updates to track and measure campaign success.
• Leverage programmatic campaigns for optimal impact and client success.
• Build strong client relationships to create cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Write compelling ad copy, develop target audience strategies, and optimize ad performance on LinkedIn.
