Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budget allocation and testing, and implement trusted conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement with client campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
