You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft, craft quarterly roadmaps, track performance, and drive long-term account growth through retention and upsell. Remote work with US/Canada/SA presence is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across multiple clients.
• Agency experience with multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present outcomes.
