Wpromote is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to provide hands-on strategic and tactical leadership across a portfolio of client accounts, with a focus on coaching and quality control for junior team members. This role sits within an integrated paid media team to drive full-funnel outcomes for clients.

The role is remote-first with office hubs in select cities, offering extensive benefits, including unlimited PTO, 401(k) matching, and a salary range of $100,000–$115,000.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on paid media experience with deep paid social expertise.
• Experience coaching junior team members on strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Ability to work across paid social platforms and cross‑channel collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day account oversight for a portfolio of paid social accounts with QA standards.
• Coach and guide junior team members on platform execution, testing, reporting, and client communication.
• Manage a small book of enterprise clients as a senior strategic partner.
• Audit, troubleshoot, launch, optimize, and stabilize campaigns when needed.
• Lead onboarding of new accounts and ensure smooth ramp-up for junior team members.
• Collaborate with paid search, creative, analytics, and programmatic teams to align strategy.
