Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Manager, Paid Social B2B to lead day‑to‑day social strategy development for enterprise and mid‑market clients. You will translate complex buyer journeys into practical, data‑driven campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.

You will collaborate with Directors and cross‑functional partners to optimize LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and emerging platforms, driving measurable pipeline impact and lead quality while maintaining a best‑in‑class remote‑first culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of paid social advertising experience with a B2B focus.
• Experience executing full‑funnel B2B social campaigns supporting pipeline and lead quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day social strategy development and activation for B2B clients.
• Translate buyer journeys into tactical, data‑driven campaign architectures across funnel stages.
• Execute and optimize multi‑stage funnel strategies including ABM and retargeting.
• Partner with analytics, paid search, and programmatic teams for integrated programs.
• Prepare client‑facing performance recaps and synthesize insights for business impact.
