Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid search focusing on B2B programs.
• Direct experience with B2B measurement infrastructure.
• Depth in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads at the architecture level.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy and performance across multiple accounts.
• Lead campaign architecture and ongoing optimization.
• Design measurement strategies connecting paid search to pipeline.
• Maintain high work standards through proactive quality assurance.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
