Wpromote is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to provide hands-on strategic and tactical leadership across a portfolio of client accounts. You will coach junior team members, perform audits, and deliver executive-ready storytelling to ensure quality and consistency.

This role emphasizes hands-on paid social expertise and contributes to integrating paid social with other channels to drive full-funnel outcomes. Remote-first culture with office hubs for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in paid media with deep hands-on paid social expertise.
• Experience coaching junior team members on strategy and execution.
• Strong hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok, plus other platforms.
• Full-funnel paid social experience across awareness to retention.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day account oversight and quality control across paid social accounts.
• Coach and guide junior team members on platform execution, testing, and reporting.
• Manage a book of enterprise-level clients as a senior strategic partner.
• Audit, troubleshoot, launch, optimize, or stabilize campaigns as needed.
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts and ensure smooth ramp-up.
• Interface with clients on complex needs, present strategy, and strengthen relationships.
• Develop a full-funnel paid social point of view and translate to actionable guidance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate paid social into broader media planning.
