Wpromote is seeking an Associate Manager, Paid Social to lead full-funnel paid social campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. This hands-on role focuses on campaign execution, analysis, and clear client communication within an integrated paid media team.

The role values analytical, proactive, and conversion-focused thinking, with opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools and automation. Remote-friendly with office hubs in LA/NY.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid media experience (agency or client-side).
• Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience with paid social platforms (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, Slides, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage paid social campaign setups, activations, and optimizations across major platforms.
• Formulate paid social strategies including full-funnel test recommendations.
• Own day-to-day client communications and performance updates.
• Analyze and report on KPIs; leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social with broader plans.
• Stay current on trends and present findings in meetings.
• Lead audits and RFPs to win new business.
• Escalate opportunities or obstacles to leadership.
