Wpromote is seeking an experienced B2B Paid Social leader to oversee enterprise client engagement and drive a full-funnel program that generates demand and accelerates pipeline.

You will guide strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and emerging platforms, lead a talented team, and partner with analytics and programmatic leads to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a remote-first role with office hubs in LA, Chicago, and NYC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid social advertising experience with enterprise/B2B focus.
• 2+ years of leadership experience mentoring social or media professionals.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and ABM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic partner and embedded extension of the client’s marketing organization, owning the B2B paid social roadmap.
• Lead and develop the team responsible for paid social activation and account management.
• Guide multi-stage funnel strategies with CRM integrations.
• Partner across analytics, paid search, and programmatic to deliver cohesive demand gen programs.
• Drive platform innovation across LinkedIn/Meta/Reddit/X and niche B2B environments.
• Elevate measurement by connecting paid social to pipeline/revenue via CRM integrations.
• Mentor and upskill the team on audience strategy, creative sequencing, and performance analysis.
• Refine onboarding/training to ensure consistent client management and delivery.
