Qualifications

• 6+ years paid social performance marketing experience.
• Strong expertise on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid social strategy and roadmap to drive revenue and profitability.
• Build and lead a high-performing paid social team.
• Oversee campaign execution, testing, and optimization across platforms.
• Drive revenue through strategic investments and measurable results.
• Collaborate with affiliate partners and internal teams to improve performance.
• Define tracking, reporting, and automation requirements with stakeholders.
• Improve landing pages and conversions through A/B testing and experiments.
