Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in performance marketing on Paid Social platforms.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing and/or LeadGen.
• Proven ability to build and lead a high performing team.
• Strong analytics to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Paid Social strategy roadmap.
• Build a high performing Paid Social team to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Lead campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other opportunities.
• Collaborate with global teams to align with business goals.
• Identify new opportunities via competitor analysis in paid social affiliate space.
• Uphold best performance marketing practices and optimize opportunities across verticals.
• Design workflows to upskill the Paid Social team.
• Foster relationships with affiliate partners and guide tracking/automation needs.
• Improve landing page experience and conversion rate via A/B testing.
• Provide regular updates to Leadership on strategy roadmap.
