Job summary

Soar With Us is seeking a Paid Social Executive to own and optimise ad accounts end-to-end, primarily on Meta with some TikTok. You will use data-driven insights to drive ROAS for DTC brands, interact with a Growth Strategist, and maintain strong account hygiene.

You’ll work in a remote/hybrid setup with opportunities to scale, test new creatives, and report progress with clear updates against targets.

Qualifications

• Experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce brands.
• Budget ownership of $250k+/month is preferred.
• Strong understanding of paid social channels (Meta, TikTok).
• Experience across DTC categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day performance of ad accounts within your POD, mainly Meta (and some TikTok).
• Audit accounts using Triple Whale data to inform strategy and optimisations.
• Translate high-level paid social strategy into concrete actions.
• Test and scale creative, internally and externally produced.
• Provide pacing updates against monthly goals with strategic commentary.
• Report learnings, bottlenecks, and future direction to the Growth Strategist.
• Ensure actions align with KPIs set by the Growth Strategist.
• Maintain clear account structure and naming conventions.
