Midnite is a next-generation sports betting and gaming platform seeking a Paid Social Manager to own the strategy and performance across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms. Working with our agency partner, you will set budgets, test, optimise, and ensure investments measure real business impact.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in paid social, hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and other platforms, expertise in mobile attribution and MMPs, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing high-performing Paid Social campaigns with significant acquisition budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other platforms like Snap, TikTok, Reddit, or X.
• Experience with mobile attribution and leading MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience optimizing campaigns for web and mobile app acquisition.
• Comfortable leading creative discussions and translating analysis into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Midnite’s Paid Social strategy and performance across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Govern budget allocation with incremental impact and CPA targets.
• Lead incrementality testing through geo-tests, holdouts and lift studies.
• Own creative testing with Creative and Brand for insights.
• Oversee agency optimisation across structure, bidding, tracking, and landing pages.
• Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, Data, and Compliance to deliver measurable Paid Social activity.
• Identify new growth opportunities and support new-market launches with measurable benchmarks.
• Build relationships with platform partners to access new features and betas.
• Hold agency partners accountable for execution quality and budget governance.
