Job summary

Midnite is seeking a strategic owner of Paid Social to lead budget direction, testing, and optimization across Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit and emerging channels. You will own strategy and commercial performance, drive incrementality testing, and collaborate with agency and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, measurable growth for a high-budget acquisition portfolio.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decisions, and close collaboration with brand teams to maximize results.
