You’ll launch, optimize, and measure video ads, collaborating directly with founders to push performance. Ideal candidates bring strong Meta Ads Manager experience, a proactive mindset, and comfort using AI tools to speed up work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience launching ads in Meta Ads Manager and a solid grasp of core metrics.
• Self-managed and proactive, comfortable using AI tools to work faster.
• Nice-to-have: TikTok/Snapchat Ads Manager, GTM, GA, or DTC experience.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day ad operations on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, with Meta as the main channel.
• Launch and optimize video ads, track performance, and work directly with founders.
• This is not a content creation role; adapt existing videos for each platform.
