Job summary

DEPT® is hiring an Account Lead, Paid Social, to own end‑to‑end paid social programs for enterprise clients. You’ll lead strategic Meta Ads initiatives, mentor teams, and translate performance insights into compelling roadmaps and client narratives.

You will manage day‑to‑day Meta Ads for large accounts, drive tests aligned with client goals, and foster a collaborative high‑performing culture while staying ahead of mobile ad trends and best practices. This role is US remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years paid social advertising experience.
• 2+ years management experience.
• Proven track record scaling paid social programs for enterprise or complex clients.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy across Meta Ads to drive client KPIs.
• Serve as day‑to‑day Meta Ads contact for large, complex client accounts.
• Own the client social roadmap, tests, and cross‑channel alignment.
• Stay current on paid social trends and translate into client strategy.
• Establish and evolve paid social processes and best practices (Asana, QA).
• Prioritize projects and tests with resource-aware discussions with client and team.
• Act as senior point of contact for test recommendations and measurement.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams through onboarding and coaching.
