You will shape strategy, oversee client engagements, and drive social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and more for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a performance/digital marketing agency (B2B preferred).
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of paid social strategies and platform nuances.
• Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists.
• Set goals for each client engagement.
• Ensure clients follow best practices per our methodology.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to campaign success.
• Maintain accountability with clear communication and cadence.
• Foster leadership over management within the team.
