Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Social to lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists, driving enterprise B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and more. You will set goals, ensure best practices, and remove blockers to win client approvals.

This remote-first role offers a base salary range of $100,000 to $135,000 USD with bonus eligibility, plus a comprehensive benefits package and annual travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency (B2B a plus).
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Deep expertise across paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
• Experience with LinkedIn/Meta ad units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc).
• Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense).
• Ability to delegate, de-escalate client issues, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists and set the standard of excellence for the team.
• Set goals for each client engagement within the pod and monitor progress.
• Ensure campaigns follow best practices and our unique social advertising methodology.
• Identify roadblocks and work with strategists to remove them, driving approvals.
• Establish clear action plans and maintain proactive, structured communication.
