Job summary

Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency. We seek an Associate Director of Paid Social to join our Communications team and lead a pod of social strategists, driving growth for enterprise clients.

You will shape strategy, ensure best practices, and mentor your team to deliver impactful campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms. You will oversee performance, analytics, and storytelling with data to demonstrate impact, while aligning with our DiscoverabilityOS framework.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, B2B preferred.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Deep expertise across paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists and set the tone for excellence.
• Set goals for each client engagement within the pod.
• Ensure clients follow best practices and our Social Advertising methodology.
• Identify and remove roadblocks with actionable plans.
• Communicate expectations clearly and maintain accountability.
