Directive Consulting is a remote-first US-based B2B marketing agency driving growth across Performance, Communications, and Commerce divisions. The Associate Director of Paid Social leads a team of social strategists, shapes client strategies, and champions our DiscoverabilityOS methodology to deliver measurable results across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency (B2B bonus)
• 2+ years people management experience
• Deep expertise across paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads & Meta)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense
• Strong data analysis using GA4/Google Analytics/Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists and set tone for excellence across team and clients
• Set client engagement goals for each client in their pod
• Ensure best practices and our unique Social Advertising methodology
• Identify and remove roadblocks; support strategists to get a yes on campaigns
• Establish action plans to drive strategy success and accountability
• Build structure, cadence, and proactive communication with the team and clients
